Return Policy

Returns / refunds are not allowed for kefir grains, unless there was something seriously wrong with the shipping. If there was, then I'll refund you, just let me know within 2 days of you receiving them.

So please email me about it with a picture as soon as you get them. Such as if the packagae arrived punctured.

Or if the issue was they arrived really late or something similar (like 2 weeks or so?? Which shouldn't happen, even with regular first class mail shipping): make sure you let me know about this by email as well.
